Waypoint Seafood and Grill – Line Cook under Executive Chef Hans Schadler

  • Mentored by Chef Hans J. Schadler, whose career spans over 45 years and includes cooking for U.S. Presidents, royalty, and dignitaries worldwide.

  • Had the opportunity to prepare meals for renowned guests such as Ozzy Osbourne and Richard Petty.

The Williamsburg Winery – Banquet Chef

  • Hired to rebuild and lead the winery’s in-house banquet program, transitioning from outsourced catering to a fully internal culinary operation.

  • Successfully executed events ranging from intimate dinners to large-scale gatherings of up to 2,200 guests, including corporate functions, weddings, concerts, and VIP experiences.

  • Cooked for notable artists including Jason Mraz, LeAnn Rimes, Andy Grammer, MAX, and Hanson.

Aramark at the College of William & Mary – Executive Sous Chef of Catering

  • Managed and executed catering operations for one of Virginia’s most prestigious universities.

  • Oversaw menu development, staff training, and event execution for college functions, private dinners, and large institutional events.
